One on one Session

An individual session takes about 90 minutes.

Price €250 ex vat.

For 9 sessions €1.750 ex vat (7 + 2 free)

Partner Session

​

A partner session takes 120 minutes in total.

Price €350 ex vat.

Group Session

 

​

Group sessions differ in length, depending on program & wishes.

Price €75 ex vat per person.

Online sessions:

All sessions,  one on one, partner and group are also possible online. 

If you would like to breathe with your friends and you are in another country, 

we can set up an online group session.

Preparation:

Bring something warm and comfy to wear. 

Make sure you have some time for integration after each session. 

Drink enough water after each session.
